Rachel Mullings
BA (Hons), MBACP, MIoL
Storyteller | Counsellor | Connector

Rachel brings a rich and rare blend of experience to Mullings Associates spanning the worlds of performing arts, psychology and purposeful leadership.

As a trained theatre actor, Rachel knows how to hold a room and move hearts through immersive, human storytelling. But her ability to connect runs deeper. As a BACP registered counsellor, she draws on clinical insight, therapeutic models and evidence-based practices from counselling psychology to support deeper, safer conversations that stick.

With significant leadership experience in the membership sector, Rachel also understands how to build community, create influence and design strategies that engage people from the inside out.

Whether she’s helping teams unlock difficult dialogue or guiding leaders to connect with more impact, Rachel brings a calm, powerful presence and a sharp understanding of what makes people tick.

When she’s not deep in conversation, Rachel is either lost in a gripping novel, perfecting her backhand on the tennis court or spending quality time with her family.
